Vautier is the first and only firm specialised in the management and negotiation of high-value buying and selling operations with experience since 2010, in Spain. We originate from the business world and a trajectory built on business transfers, real estate operations, and profile analysis where calmness, clarity, and judgement make the difference.
Our team is made up of negotiators, economists, lawyers, criminologists, former bank directors, mortgage and financial experts, some of whom have over 30 years of experience structuring complex financing operations in banking and private equity environments.
