PRIVACY POLICY

1. USER INFORMATION

Vautier, hereinafter DATA CONTROLLER, is the Data Controller of the User's personal data and informs you that the data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

Purpose of processing:

The data provided by the User through forms, email or any means of contact will be used to:

  • Manage requests, inquiries or petitions made by the User.

  • Contact to analyse your case and offer courtesy consultancy.

  • Evaluate the feasibility of the services offered by Vautier (real estate negotiation, business negotiation and behavioural analysis).

  • Carry out follow-up communications related to the request.

  • Prepare engagement letters for the requested services.

  • Send commercial information about our services, provided that the User has expressly authorised it.

  • Conduct internal statistical studies to improve our services.

Data retention:

Data will be retained as long as there is a mutual interest in maintaining the purpose of processing or for the time necessary to process the request. When no longer needed, they will be deleted using security measures that ensure their complete destruction or pseudonymisation.

Data communication:

Data will not be communicated to third parties unless legally required.

Providers that offer services to the CONTROLLER (advertising platforms, CRM, storage, email, etc.) will be able to access them, always acting as data processors in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR. If there are international transfers (for example, Meta/Facebook), they will be carried out with Standard Contractual Clausesor other appropriate safeguards.

User Rights:

The User can exercise the rights of access, rectification, portability, and deletion of their data, as well as the limitation or opposition to its processing.

They can also withdraw their consent at any time or file a complaint with theAEPD (www.aepd.es)if they believe that the processing does not comply with current regulations.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED

Users, by ticking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*), expressly accept that such data is necessary to address their request. The inclusion of data in the remaining fields is voluntary.

The User guarantees that the data provided istrue, current, and accurate, and undertakes to communicate any changes.

The CONTROLLER informs that the data will not be transferred without the prior and informed consent of the User.

All the requested data is necessary for the proper provision of the service. If the User does not provide the mandatory data, it is possible that the information or services provided do not fully meet their needs.

3. SECURITY MEASURES

The RESPONSIBLE party complies with all provisions of the GDPR relating to the processing of personal data, ensuring that the data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently; and that it is adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary for the stated purposes.

The necessary technical and organisational measures have been implemented to ensure the security of the data, prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access, and protect the rights and freedoms of Users.

The User declares that they have been informed of this Privacy Policy and, by submitting their data, gives their explicit consent for its processing as indicated.
